Alexander J. Adriano, NCTM, is dedicated to nurturing and amplifying the talents of those around him. His passion shines through in his role as an independent piano teacher, where he works to inspire and guide students in their musical journeys. In addition to teaching, Alexander also engages in music directing, vocal coaching, and accompanying other musicians, continually seeking ways to support and collaborate with artists in the music community.
Alexander is a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music through the Music Teachers National Association, a credential that reflects his commitment to excellence in teaching and ongoing professional growth. He also serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Salt Lake Children's Choir, supporting the organization’s mission to enrich the lives of young singers through choral music and music education.
Outside of his professional work, Alexander enjoys spending time with his spouse, Aussiedoodles, and backyard chickens. He is a voracious reader who also enjoys learning new languages and exploring a variety of podcasts. Alexander values artistry, excellence, and meaningful work that positively impacts the people and communities around him.
Alexander graduated Summa Cum Laude from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. He is a proud recipient of distinguished scholarships, including the Caine Scholar for Excellence Scholarship, the Lillywhite Presidential Scholarship, and the Frank Blair and Minnie Fisher Ellsworth Scholarship. Alexander also contributes to the arts community through his involvement with the Bountiful Davis Art Center, Utah Music Teachers Association, and Music Teachers National Association.
